(2020) BPPR New Corp Campus Buildings. BIM Management, 3d modeling, design development and construction documents for over 1 million new square feet in construction. Life Safety, Code Criteria Plans and design plumbing counts for two multiple occupancy buildings adding up to over 1,000,000 SF in Revit.,
(2019) New Hotel Isabela. Over 300 guestroom hotel designed linking various Revit models (including MEP) through Autodesk BIM360 Document Management platform including working drawings, life safety plans and 3d models.
(2019) Hotel Renovation, Ponce. Renovation of an 19th century building, and its modern addition modeled through phasing in Revit for 3d modeling, working drawings and renderings.
